East Grinstead jeweller's robbed
A High Street jeweller's was robbed this morning in East Grinstead.
Police are currently trying to locate a group of men who robbed the East Grinstead Watch Company at 11.45am. It is believed that two, or possibly four, men entered the shop and stole jewellery and money and then escaped on mopeds. They left the area along Ship Street. Police would like to hear from anyone who may have seen suspicious activity in the area before the area, or anyone who saw two mopeds with two passengers each leaving the area. Anyone who witnessed the incident or has information which may assist police with enquiries is asked to contact Sussex Police on 101 quoting serial 550 of 3/2 or the independent charity Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
