Jesson prepares for Paralympic debut
BENJAMIN Jesson will make his maiden Paralympic appearance at London 2012.
Redhill-based Jesson was delighted with the news, saying: "I was completely overwhelmed to find out that I had been selected to ParalympicsGB. It feels like a real achievement to reach a home Games after being part of the squad for a relatively short period of time."

Jesson is part of a 12-strong shooting team, a three-fold increase from 2008.
Commenting on the evolution of the team over recent years, Pasan Kularatne, team leader, said: "Disability Target Shooting Great Britain are extremely proud that 12 shooters will be representing ParalympicsGB in London.
"The programme has undergone massive growth in this cycle. While new athletes have been identified and developed into world class competitors, the experienced shooters in the squad have all stepped up their performances," he added.
"We are therefore confident of strong performances in London to underpin our eventual goal of becoming one of the dominant nations in Paralympic shooting."
