NORMALLY when you start a new job you have no idea what your boss is going to be like.

But when Crawley teenager Callum Spencer landed a job in a coffee shop he knew almost everything about the man in charge of the business.

That's because his boss is pop star and TV presenter Peter Andre.

The singer's new business, the New York Coffee Club in East Grinstead, opened last week.

Callum said: "I've really landed on my feet with this job. I applied and got the job. I'm very lucky."

Callum will be working full time at the cafe and said that Peter and his brother, Danny, who will be running the cafe on a day-to-day basis, were down-to-earth bosses.

Screaming teenage girls and hundreds of fans flocked to an official opening last Wednesday.

Among the guests for the opening were Peter Andre's celebrity friends Amy Childs, Gino D'Acampo and Aldo Zilli.
